Is Askenly safe for my Instagram account?

Askenly connects through Meta’s official Instagram API, so you sign in with Meta and never share your password. Replies go out at a natural pace, and your account still follows Instagram’s usual rules.

Do I need a Business or Creator account?

Yes. Automations work with Instagram professional accounts. Switching from a personal account takes a minute in your Instagram settings.

Can I try Askenly for free?

Yes. Start on the free plan with no card required, and upgrade whenever you need more automations or DMs.

How does booking in the DM work?

Add your services and hours, then add a booking step to any automation. Followers get your next three open times, reply 1, 2 or 3 to book, and get a confirmation and reminders automatically. Booking is always free.

Will the replies sound like me?

Yes. Every automated reply is a message you wrote or an answer you saved, in your own words. AI drafts in the Inbox only fill the reply box, so you read them before sending. On paid plans you can also let the business assistant answer questions from the facts you gave it, and anything those facts don’t cover goes to a person.

What happens if something breaks?

Open a ticket from Help in the app. It reaches a person on our support team with your workspace attached, so you never explain your setup twice, and we reply within 8 hours on every plan, Free included. You can also type any comment into Help → System health to see which automation would reply, or why none would.

Can I cancel anytime?

Of course. Plans are month to month, and you can cancel or change plans from your dashboard at any time.
