FOR AGENCIES

Five clients, five logins, and one comment you missed

Clients judge you on leads and bookings. Connect each client’s Instagram, build comment-to-DM, email capture and booking automations, and show what each one produced, from a workspace that grows with your client list.Connect each client’s Instagram, build comment-to-DM, email and booking automations, and show what each one produced.

Sound familiar?

If any of these happened this month, this page is for you.

  • Switching accounts all day to see who commented on which client’s post.
  • A client asks how many leads last month’s Reel brought in, and there’s no clean answer.
  • A tool bill that climbs with every client you sign.

Is Askenly right for you?

Better to know now than after you’ve set it up.

It’s for you if

  • You run Instagram for several clients or brands.
  • Clients want to see the leads and bookings each automation produced.
  • Your team needs its own logins with roles.

It isn’t for you if

  • You want to send cold outreach for clients. Askenly only replies to people who contacted the account first.
  • Your clients need TikTok automation. Askenly is Instagram today, with Facebook and WhatsApp coming next.
  • You want to buy followers or fake engagement for clients.

Better client results from the same team

Take on more accounts without adding inbox hours.

Every client account answered

Every comment and DM on every connected account gets a reply, a link, an email capture or a booking, around the clock.

Build once, adapt per client

Start each client from an approach that worked for another. Your team steps in only when a chat is handed to a person.

Reports that show outcomes

Each automation shows DMs delivered, qualified leads, emails collected and bookings, so a client report shows what came of the work.

What agencies need from a DM tool

Running DMs for clients is different from running your own. You need each client’s account kept separate, a team that can work without sharing passwords, and a way to show the client what the automations are doing.

In Askenly, each Instagram account you connect keeps its own contacts, conversations, automations and scheduled posts, and the account switcher in the header picks the client you’re working on. For clients who need complete separation, give each one its own workspace. Workspaces are isolated by database rules, so nobody in one can read another’s data.

Clients connect through Instagram’s own sign-in, so nobody shares a password. Access tokens are stored encrypted and are never shown in a browser.

How agencies work in Askenly

Roles for your team

Owners and admins manage settings and billing; members work the Inbox and automations.

AI assistant over MCP

Connect Claude or another MCP assistant to read results, draft automations and schedule posts within each plan’s limits. Automations it creates start paused.

Clients can leave and come back

Disconnecting an account keeps its records and pauses its automations. Reconnect it later and everything returns, paused for you to review.

Booking for service clients

Salons, studios and coaches get free booking in the DM with reminders and calendar sync.

Onboard a client in an afternoon

  1. Pick the plan

Scale suits agencies with many accounts; smaller rosters fit Growth.

  2. Connect the client’s account

The client signs in with Instagram. An account can belong to one workspace at a time.

  3. Fill in the business details

Hours, services and FAQ answers, which also power AI drafts.

  4. Build two or three automations

Start with the client’s best-performing post and one evergreen keyword.

  5. Invite the team

Give each person the role they need.

Earn commission on the clients you bring

Agencies can join the partner program and earn 25% of a referred workspace’s first payment, then monthly recurring revenue for up to 12 paid months. Referred customers get 10% off their first paid month.

Commission is paid only on successful subscription payments. Applications are reviewed before you start earning.

Agency setup checklist

  • Each client’s Instagram connected as its own account, or a separate workspace for clients who need full separation.
  • Client’s own Instagram sign-in for each connection.
  • Business profile, hours, services and FAQ answers filled in.
  • Teammates invited with the right role.
  • Hand-off notifications going to the person who answers that client.
  • A paused copy of each automation created over MCP, checked before switching on.

Reporting to clients

Each automation has a detail page with DMs sent, qualified leads (button taps, follow confirmations and emails), bookings made from DMs and a delivery ring showing sent versus failed messages, over the last 30 days. It’s a quick way to show a client what their Instagram DMs are doing without building a report by hand.

The Inbox shows which conversations needed a person and why, which helps when you agree with a client who answers what.

Agency questions

Is there agency pricing?

Agencies use the regular plans. Scale is built for many accounts, and the partner program pays commission on workspaces you refer.

Can clients see each other’s data?

Not across workspaces, which are isolated by database rules. Inside one workspace, each Instagram account keeps its own contacts, chats and automations, and your team switches between them.

Can I manage automations with AI?

Yes, over MCP. Automations created that way start paused until you switch them on, unless you give the assistant full access.

Can the same Instagram account be in two workspaces?

No. An account is connected to one workspace at a time. Disconnect it there first to move it.
