Public site, pricing and MCP guide
Creators and agencies earn 25% of the first payment, then monthly commission for up to 12 paid months, for each paying workspace they refer.
What changed
Many of the people who find Askenly hear about it from someone they trust: a creator they follow, an agency they work with, a coach in their community. This release gives those people a proper way to recommend Askenly and be rewarded for it.
The Creator Partnership program pays you a share of what the businesses you refer pay us, for a full year. It comes with its own portal where you can see your link, your referrals, your earnings and your payouts in one place.
The same release also launched the new public site: a homepage that shows how Askenly works, a pricing page that reads the same limits the product enforces, and a guide to connecting an AI assistant to Askenly over MCP.
Who it's for
The program is for anyone who talks to business owners and wants to recommend a tool they believe in:
- Creators and educators who teach Instagram growth, marketing or running a small business.
- Agencies and freelancers who set up Instagram for clients and want a tool they can hand over.
- Coaches and consultants whose clients ask what to use for DMs, leads or bookings.
- Communities and newsletters with an audience of small business owners.
You need an active paid Askenly plan to apply, and there is no minimum audience size. We look at whether your audience is a good fit for Askenly.
What you earn
For each workspace you refer that becomes a paying customer, you earn a commission on its payments:
- 25% of the first payment.
- 5% to 10% of each payment after that, depending on the plan, for up to 12 paid months in total.
Commission is worked out from what the customer actually paid. If a payment fails or is refunded, there is no commission on it, and a commission already counted for a refunded payment is reversed.
An example
Say you refer a salon that chooses the Growth plan. On their first monthly payment you earn 25%. On each of the next eleven you earn 7%. If they upgrade later, your commission follows the higher amount they pay.
How referrals are tracked
Once you are approved, you get your own referral link. Anyone who signs up for Askenly through that link is attributed to you. You can share it anywhere: your bio, a YouTube description, a newsletter, a course resource page, a client handover document.
Attribution happens at sign-up, so the business doesn't need to pay straight away for you to get credit. Many businesses start on the Free plan, set things up and upgrade later. When they make their first payment, your commission starts.
Referring yourself doesn't count. The program is for introducing new businesses to Askenly.
When you get paid
The 30-day hold
Each commission waits 30 days before you can withdraw it. That covers the period in which a customer might ask for a refund, so you are never paid for a payment that is later returned. In the portal, a commission in its hold shows as Pending, then becomes Approved when it can be withdrawn.
Withdrawing
When your approved balance reaches $50, you can request a payout from the portal. The request shows as Processing until it is paid, then as Paid. You choose a payout method from those available in your country. Bank transfer is offered in many countries, Wise is available everywhere, and PayPal in most places.
Keeping track
The portal keeps a full history: every referral, every commission with the payment it came from, and every payout with its date. Nothing is hidden behind a support request.
The partner portal
After you're approved, the portal is your home for the program. It has six sections:
- Overview: your link, your totals and how your referrals are trending.
- Referrals: each business you referred and where it is, from signed up to paying.
- Commissions: each commission, the payment it came from and its status.
- Payouts: your payout method, your balance and your payout history.
- Support: a direct line to our partnerships team for questions about the program.
- Settings: your partner profile and details.
The portal has its own sign-in at the partners address, separate from the Askenly app, so your partner sign-in stays separate from the app.
How to apply
- Go to the Partners page and choose Apply.
- Create your partner sign-in.
- Tell us about yourself, your audience and how you plan to share Askenly.
- We review every application by hand.
Once you're approved, your link is ready in the portal straight away.
The new public site
This release also launched the public site you see today. Three parts are worth knowing about if you recommend Askenly to others.
A homepage that shows the product working
The homepage shows real automations playing out on an Instagram-style phone: a comment, the DM that follows, and the result. Every step shown is something Askenly really does today.
A pricing page that can't drift
Every number on the pricing page, from the price of each plan to its monthly DMs, automations, accounts and bookings, comes from the same rules the product uses to enforce its limits. When a limit changes in the product, the pricing page changes with it, so you can link to it with confidence.
A guide to MCP
Askenly can be connected to an AI assistant through the Model Context Protocol, so the assistant can check results, draft automations and, on higher plans, schedule posts for you. The MCP guide explains what each plan allows and how to connect, step by step.
Partner and customer referrals
The partner program is separate from customer referrals. Every Askenly customer can also invite other businesses from inside the app. When a business they invited makes its first payment, the customer earns a 10% discount on one of their own invoices. Partners earn commission instead, over a full year, and have the portal to track it.
If you are both a customer and a partner, use your partner link when you recommend Askenly to your audience, so the referral is tracked in your portal.
What you can tell your audience
The best recommendations are honest and specific. These are facts about Askenly you can share with confidence:
- There is a free plan with no card required, and paid plans start from $19 a month. Every number is on the pricing page.
- It connects through Meta's official Instagram API, with Instagram's own sign-in, and never asks for a password.
- It does more than auto-reply: it delivers links and freebies, captures emails, follows up and books appointments in the chat.
- Booking is free for the business and its customers, with no booking fees.
- Automations run on Askenly's servers, so they keep working when the owner is offline.
- There is a real support team that aims to reply to every request within 8 hours.
Please don't promise results Askenly can't guarantee, such as a number of sales or followers. Accurate recommendations protect your reputation as well as ours.
A year of earnings in practice
Here is what one referral can be worth, using the prices on the pricing page today. Say you refer a business that chooses the Growth plan at $39 a month and stays for a year:
- First payment: 25% of $35.10 (the $39 plan after the 10% welcome discount) is $8.78.
- Payments two to twelve: 7% of $39 is $2.73 each, so $30.03 over eleven months.
- Total for the year: $38.81 from one business.
A business on Scale at $77 a month earns you $17.33 on its first payment and $7.70 on each of the next eleven, $102.03 in all. Ten businesses like that would be more than $1,000 over the year. These figures depend on what each business actually pays, and change if our prices change.
Getting started as a partner
Once you are approved, a few small steps make the biggest difference:
- Use Askenly yourself first. Set up one automation on your own account so you can talk about it from experience.
- Pick one clear use case your audience cares about, such as giving away a guide, filling a calendar or answering the same question every day.
- Show it working. A short screen recording of a comment turning into a DM is more convincing than any description.
- Put your link where people look for tools: your bio, a pinned post, a resource page or a course module.
- Check your portal after you share, so you can see which posts bring sign-ups.
How applications are reviewed
Every application is read by a person on our partnerships team. We look at three things:
- Your audience. Whether the people you reach run businesses that get customer interest on Instagram, such as creators, coaches, salons, studios, shops and agencies.
- How you plan to share Askenly. Tutorials, resource pages and client setups are all welcome. Paid ads on our brand name and unsolicited messages are not.
- Fit with how we talk about the product. We want partners who describe Askenly honestly and help businesses pick the right plan.
You can see the status of your application when you sign in. If we need more information, we ask through the portal.
The program in short
- Commission: 25% of a referred business's first payment, then 5% to 10% of each payment by plan, up to 12 payments in total.
- Hold: 30 days on each commission, to cover refunds.
- Minimum payout: $50 of approved commission.
- Payout methods: bank transfer in many countries, Wise everywhere and PayPal in most places.
- Attribution: at sign-up through your link. Self-referrals don't count.
- Tracking: everything is visible in your portal, from sign-up to payout.
Common questions
Is there a cost to join?
There's no fee to join, but you need an active paid Askenly plan.
Do I need to be an Askenly customer?
Yes. The partner program is for Askenly customers on a paid plan, and we check this when you send your application. Partners still sign in to their own portal, separate from the app.
Where do I get my link?
In the Overview section of the portal, as soon as your application is approved.
How long does a referral stay mine?
A referral is attributed to you when the business signs up through your link, and commission is paid on its first 12 payments.
What if the business changes plan?
Commission is always worked out from what they actually paid, so it follows upgrades and downgrades.
Can I share my link in ads?
You can promote your own content that mentions Askenly, such as a tutorial or a review. Please don't run ads on the Askenly name itself, and never send people messages they didn't ask for. If you're unsure whether a channel is a good fit, ask in the Support section of the portal before you start.
Is there a limit on how many businesses I can refer?
No. Every business that signs up through your link and pays earns you commission, on the same terms.
Can I see who signed up?
Yes. The Referrals section of the portal lists each business you referred and whether it is paying.
What happens if a payment is refunded?
There is no commission on a refunded payment, and if one was already counted, it is reversed. The 30-day hold means this rarely affects a balance you have already withdrawn.
