Plans, limits and billing
Every workspace starts on the Free plan with no card. Paid plans are $19, $39 or $77 a month, month to month, and differ in how many DMs, automations, accounts, posts and bookings they include.

Features by plan
Get more sales, with email capture, email sequences and revenue tracking, is on Growth and Scale. The business assistant, which answers questions from your Business profile, is on every paid plan. Free includes Inbox drafts but not the assistant.
The MCP server for AI assistants is read-only on Starter, adds drafts on Growth and adds scheduling and pausing on Scale. The MCP page has the full list of tools and daily limits.
How limits work
DM limits count the messages your automations send each calendar month and reset at the start of the next one (in UTC). When you reach the limit, Askenly stops sending automated DMs until the month resets or you upgrade. You can always reply by hand from the Inbox.
Automation limits count automations that are switched on. Paused automations don’t count, so you can keep seasonal ones ready without using a slot. Limits are checked by Askenly’s servers, so they’re the same whichever device or teammate makes a change.

Only owners and admins see billing.
Upgrade
Pick a plan and pay on Stripe’s secure checkout page. Askenly never sees your card details. The new limits apply as soon as the payment goes through.

Open the billing portal from the same page. Plans are month to month, and you can cancel at any time.
Billing questions
What happens to my automations if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Automations over the new plan’s limit are paused, and you choose which ones to turn back on.
What happens to Get more sales if I move below Growth?
The automation stays saved but stops running, and queued sequence emails are canceled. Upgrade again and you can publish it.
Is there a contract?
No. Plans are month to month and you can cancel at any time from the billing portal.
Do bookings cost my customers anything?
No. Booking is always free for you and your customers.
Which plan should I start with?
Start on Free to set up your first automations. Move to Starter when you need more DMs or automations, and to Growth or Scale for email sales, more accounts, teammates and bookings.
When to upgrade
Watch the DMs this month figure in Billing & subscription after a busy post. If a single Reel uses a large share of your allowance, the next plan up gives you room for launches without automations pausing halfway through.
Upgrade for features too: email capture and sequences need Growth or Scale, the business assistant needs any paid plan, and extra Instagram accounts or teammates come with higher plans. Downgrading works the same way in reverse, from the billing portal.
